We are looking for a highly organized, numeric and data driven individual to join our team as an Office Manager / Bookkeeper (Part-time). This is a part time position that will lead to full time.

Primary Job Function: This position will be responsible for maintaining efficient internal controls, schedule jobs, adhere to accounting policies and other company policies and procedures.  Responsible for collections of receivables. Reconcile all balance sheet accounts at month end and update the GL.  Act as the administrator for all workers compensation claims. 

Pay Scale: $15+ per hr DOE

Work Hours: 25 hrs per week

Required Qualifications:

  • Combined five years of office management, human resources, bookkeeping, customer service, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Advanced knowledge of QuickBooks and accounting functions
  • Management experience required.
  • Knowledge of industry is recommended but not required
  • Advanced Computer Skills 
  • Pass drug and background screens
